We wanted to make the world of home comfort easy to understand and empower everyday people living everyday lives with the ability to make the right choices and take control of their home comfort.

Our team here at knowtheflo.com would love to make a difference on this planet.
We both love the outdoors and are aware of the struggles that our planet currently faces. We want our families to be able to experience all the beautiful things this planet has to offer so we decided to do our bit.
We have decided to donate 5% of all earnings from our website to https://www.rainforesttrust.org/
While we are not swimming in a sea of gold coins like Scrooge McDuck every little bit helps, and looking forward to contributing more in the future. (See below for our contributions receipt each month)

Andy is the Chief Editor for knowtheflo.com and been in the industry for more than 5 years and has seen it all: from installation to maintenance to troubleshooting.
You can find Andy at your local hardware store or on his computer writing articles about all things related to HVAC units. When he’s not working, you can usually find him at home with his wife and two kids.

Ben is big into technology and what started as a mission to buy a tower fan, turned into a hobby writing about heating, cooling and home comfort technology.
James McWhirter | Writer
